Kanrugele has been working successfully in the meat processing business since 2004.

In 2006 Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists rewarded cold smoked “skilandis” with silver medal in nomination “Product of the year”. In 2010 cold smoked sausage “Lygumu skilandine“ was rewarded with silver medal. In 2014 cold smoke ham was rewarded with gold medal.

Meat processing is being carried out in accordance with the Law of The Republic of Lithuania about National Heritage of Products, which says that products are to comply with the culinary heritage quality requirements. Cold smoked „skilandis“, bacon and some other products have been rewarded with National Heritage Certificate. That is why the products are so popular among customers.

From the very beginning Kanrugele has been expanding its assortment. Having regard to the increasing demand, the company offers a wide choice of products, manufactured according to the old, traditional recipes.
